Target Audience: All Students and Staff

This is an orientation session on mindfulness for participants who are wishing to explore what mindfulness is, and how it may be helpful in their life, and therefore thinking of completing the eight week programme. The Orientation session will take place in the Wellbeing Room, within the Disability and Wellbeing Service, Mary Dunn wing of the L and T Building. on Wednesday the 1st of February 2023, from 1.30pm to 2.30pm.   

 

After this session you can decide whether you wish to book on to the 8 week Mindfulness programme within the university. The dates for the full programmes are as follows, all wednesdays.
